Thanks for replying to my question, the 2 drivers were installed from a CD, please can you tell me what I do to install the Status monitor download from the Epson web site

If you click on the link I posted in my reply to your original question a separate browser window will appear. On that page fill in the details requested for your type of printer and OS and press the go button and this will lead you to the download page for your printer.The status monitor download is there, click it and download and then install the software.
