Hi,b4 i go down the contact kaspersky help road, can you help? i installed this program on a laptop with the required specs. from a retail cd with license and activated it but when i restarted my laptop it crashed with a blue screen. Started in safe mode I used system restore to the point before the install and all was well. Reinstalled Kaspersky and same thing happened, did system restore again and all was well again. Kaspersky install instructions say you must uninstall any 3rd party firewall if you are using Kasp. firewall. I installed Kaspersky at default level. Should I turn off Windows firewall? Is windows firewwall a 3rd party application or do they mean a rival product. Can you or would you want to uninstall windows firewall ? Surely its part of the Windows 7 OS and can only be turned off
