open my computer, right click on the drive and then click on the tools tab.

oppps, right click on the drive and select properties, then click on the tools tab

Mine is accessories, right click, system tools, right click, defrag -

Right click the drive in My Computer -> Properties -> Tools -> Defragment Now.

But the windows defragger is darn slow, does not defrag everything, and has other limitations. Google 'real time automatic defragmenter' and check out far better defragmenters including ones that automatically prevent most of the fragmentation from occuring rather than defragging after fragmentation occurs.
