size of text on sites and on email

Hi folks, bit of a silly question really, but I'm not very good at fixing things ... even so simple. While I was typing the text of an e.mail earlier, I clicked something on the keyboard (accidentally) and all the text went big. Tried using the "view" at the top of the screen, but nothing much happened. And now even the text size for any websites I visit (include AB) has gone big.

I am sure there is a very simple answer to this one, but would really appreciate some help. Hope to hear from you soon, many thanks, Chox.

where you using an email client or accessing your email through a web browser (firefox or IE)

try using (pressing) control then the mius at the same time to reduce text in firefox

I know this one, I know......

Ctrl + to zoom
Ctrl - to go back to normal size.

or you can hold down the Ctrl key and scroll the mouse wheel for turbo fast zoom/reduce the fonts.
