Webmail server closed down- can't get my emails
My email/webmail server has closed down, so I can't get my emails/webmail anymore. Is this the end.? Problem is If I connect to the server, an "error /server application" comes up and we can no longer connect.and my mail enable doesn't start, Is there anything I can do? I'm not a great computer buff at all. Any help would be great Thanks

if it's just a server you use and the owner has Sugar it down then there is not much you can do about that. if it was your own domains emails that was hosted on the server then you'll need to find another host for your domain, agree with them that they will host the email and then update the MX records for the domain to point at the new server.

Thank you for replying, It is our domain for our hotel here in Tuscany. [email protected] Our website is www.hotelvillalagrotta.com Can you recommend another host nd what I can do? I really appreciate your time in replying.
They are (obviously) two different domains, the .it domain that you are saying your email is based upon is managed by a company called Delta2 Internet Solutions in Genova the full details are on the link below.
http://www.whois.net/...hotelvillalagrotta.it
You will need to contact the people listed as the admin contact for the domain as they have control over where the email is hosted. however it seem thats the records for the mail are pointing at delta2's servers and it just hasn't been configured yet.
http://mail.hotelvillalagrotta.it/
And they recomend you mail [email protected].
(or give them a call http://delta2.net/contatti.htm )
