i hae installed mozilla thunderbird but have messed up the install because i need to install pop3 setting and the software has searched for a i map stting set up all sorts of pass words that dont work
all i want do is remove program and install again (now i know the trick of installing pop settings)
i have uninstlled numerous times, but as soon as i reinstall up comes my list of contacts and old settings (its as though a memory cache has save old settings) does anyone know of a mthod to delete ALL setting that seem to linger in my PC

Delete the profile (you don't have to uninstall it either)
Click start > run and type %appdata% into the run box and hit enter, then look for a thunderbird folder double click on it to open it then double click the profile folder and click once to highlight your profile and press the delete key.
