How to find a toolbar on a MacBook

In Neo office, the toolbar that includes fonts, allignments, italics, bold etc has gone, does anyone know how I get it back please? TIA

I don't use Neo so this is a guess but usually applications have a dropdown at the top of the screen called View. Click this, there should be either Show Toolbar or Format bar in the list. Click it and it should return

Sounds like you've closed the toolbar by accident.

Click Tools -> Customize - Toolbars to open it again.
