I can,t install my printer

I have recently changed my PC, but unfortunately I seem to have lost the printer driver for my Epson Stylus C66. I have tried to install via my control panel (Add a printer) option, but am constantly informed
"The Operation could not be completed. The print spooler service is not running" What does this mean? and is it possible to get the spooler running. Any help would be appreciated

Try downloading and reinstalling the driver:
