Printing Problem

For some reason I can no longer print contents from a web-page. If the item has a "button' saying 'Print", fine I can print it; however, if I have to click on File, Print, or Print Selected Content, the computer freezes. No problems printing from Wordpad or e-mails. I am using IE with XP. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Not corruption is it ? Check whether you have the latest print drivers, and maybe reinstall just in case.

Try...

1) running IE with no add-ons (Start > all programs > accessories > system tools > IE (no add-ons))
2) reinstall printer drivers
3) remove and reinstall IE

Many thanks to both of you. I went to Canon's site and downloaded what I thought would be an applicable driver. It worked. Again, thanks a lot, appreciate it!!
