I've transferred a lot of music from analogue to computer using the Audacity software. I let the player run and then saved a single Audacity file to later break down into its various tracks. However, when I come to reload the file into Audacity after it's been saved, it has split them down into 6 second segments. Instead of having (say) 30 tracks, I have 2500 x 6 second segments which I can't put back together to make the original tracks, and it appears as though I may have wasted many hours. Do I now go back to the beginning and transfer them just 1 track at a time?
