Will a netbook handle a USB TV dongle?

I am thinking of buying a netbook rather than a laptop, but will the graphics handle a USB TV dongle?
I am thinking of buying a hp Mini 110.
Other main use will be browsing the internet.
I'm not worried about the lack of optical drive but have been warned about lack of graphic capabilities of netbooks.
Thanks in advance for your opinions and experiences of netbooks.

Would have thought a greater concern would be can you handle watching TV on a 10inch screen?

I'd would say yes a netbook could just handle it, but it would be pushing it and you'd have to keep a very clean well streamlined system for it to work flawlessly.
