Any ideas on how to connect a Kodak ESP 5250 all-in-one printer unit to a Windows 2000 computer. Kodak dont do a download for this version of Windows. Is there any other way of resovling this problem. Yes I know " Buy another computer". The story is, The computer belongs to an elderly friend and has been given the computer by one person and the printer by another. They have been given to help her as she only want to use them to write letters not for use on the internet.I think she may have to buy a different printer, an old Epsom C62 or similar. Any thoughts

Try and get a copy of XP. You can get XP for £30-£40 on ebay. I got an oem home XP for around £40 recently. Activated fine down the phone line using "dial-up". That's the only time it will be connected to the net though!

Thanks for input TTG and Tambourine, I cant do much anything else but down load driverwhiz and see what happens rather than starting to mess about with getting XP.
