what can i do about a slow pc!! i have just done a disc cleanup and also performing a disc defrag at the moment.
i had a new router installed on thursday which is ok i havent downloaded anything either so anything else i can do! lol make it eask chuck cheers m8

You could scrap it and buy a more expensive one.
Scan for malware. Decent scanner at malwarebytes.org

Use the built in utility called msconfig. Search on net for how to use it as I don't have time to explain here. It will enable you to stop certain processes from starting up which you don't need.
