Desktop Computer problem

My computer kept freezing a couple of days ago, the mouse and keyboard wouldn't work at all, I switched it off and then on again, but it continued to happen, and then it started to switch itself off after a few minutes, now it won't respond at all!...........Any ideas please?...........TIA

Mine is doing that on this site using IE8...

not using the desktop at present craft, but it was happening on all sites, within minutes of switching on, and now it's just not working at all!.............

Try,

Start/Help & Support/System Restore, and choose an earlier date to restore to.

You should run all your web sites in compatitability mode in IE8 . Open tools in RH corner and open compaitability mode and set it to display all sites in compatitability mode this will help.
