I want to put together a DVD disc that starts automatically when inserted into a 'basic' DVD player and then plays a small video I have( with music),followed by a slide show with a description of each slide either on screen or as an audible voiceover.I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate and have an extra external hard drive of 1Tb.
Where do I start and what do I need; and if I do manage this task, can I then make a copy of said disc and send it to family in Canada?
Constructive advice welcome,please!
Cheers

Windows 7 comes with Windows Live Movie Maker. Use that to import the video and also to create your slide show. You can also use it to create your dvd. I have xp so search on net for a tutorial.

Sorry forgot to add, if the completed movie is small enough, upload to rapidshare or yousendit for free. Not sure of size limits. Your family can then download it.
