help... webcam wont work

I have window xp version 5.1, a lifecam VX-2000, but it wont work with msn 2009 v 14.0 keeps coming up Messenger is not available right now. Please try again later. (0x8ac70013)
what do i need to do? please help...

Check your clock and see if it has the correct time. If have to reset it then your cmos battery is going flat and has to be replaced. If your time is not right then messenger cant connect properlyto your computer.
