Hp Omnibook Xe3

does any1 know if this unit uses a sata hard disk drive... i've been looking on the net and can't find anything out. I need parts for my partners and this is ideal as long as the hard drive is the correct one.

any help would be great...

Cannot tell from mainboard drivers .. thought maybe I could.

not sure a1, i been offered 1 as i need spares but my partners has a sata drive but i think this may be ide drive. all i know is its xe3 omnibook. its about 8 years old so its prob not gonna have sata drive but i may buy it as its fully working then my partner can have a spare for next time its dropped.

Good idea Donna.
You can tell if it is running .. look in Device Manager for any clues.
