when I am on this site and answer a question can anyone explain why sometimes I get a message saying can not display website even though I am already on it and my answer appears if I press previous page everything is ok ? It only seems to happen on Answerbank

What browser are you using ? If you are using IE8 then set the compatitability mode to show all web sites in that view. This site does have issues with Firefox as someone had reported here recently but not with IE
