I said last week I couldn't open cvs files and looked round for a programme to open them but without success
Office was installed on my computer when I bought it earlier in the year, unfortunatley I uninstalled in some time ago because of a confliction, is there anyway I can find it without doing a full system reboot, it is not in Control Panel
thanks

If you uninstalled it, it is no longer there.

You need to instal it again.
a full version of Office would not have been installed unless you purchased it at the same time as the computer (you may have had a trial version of it installed)

If you did purchase it with the computer then you would have been supplied the office CD, if you've not got the office CD then your easiest option is probably to install openoffice
