lost my wireless driver

i have wiped out my wireless driver on my packard bell notebook,how do i get a new one?
it is an railtek turbo wireless drive!

Railtek? Do you mean 'Realtek'. If so, searching their site for 'turbo' takes me here:

(If that's the wrong driver, try to get a number - instead of a name- for the product, and then search again).

Go to the Packard Bell website and find the motherboard drivers for your notebook and download the correct one for yours.
