When I try to import a cd into iTunes it says 'iTunes has stopped working. Windows will try and find a solution etc etc' Is there a setting I need to change or something? Thanks for any advice.

maybe uninstall and reinstall itunes?

1. Download and install the latest version of iTunes for a try, it may fix the problem.

2. Or you can use windows media player to rip the CD to mp3, and then follow this guide to transfer the music from windows media player to your itunes.
