When I connect my camera, I get a 'removable drive' icon in My Computer.
Opening that takes me into the Files available on the camera 'Nikon 100' (or similar) and opening that shows the individual photographs.
All I do then is locate the photograph on my computer and drag it *back* into the Nikon 100 folder............which is on the SD card.

Done that, but the photo is still not appearing on the memory card if I plug it back in as though I'm going to put the photo on computer. However, it does say that it already exists when I right click to paste. I can't tell if it's on the card or not - I think I'll just have to go to Tesco and try. Thank you one and all - I'll let you know how get on.
