there's a few on line stores I have seen before that sell, refurb machines but at huggggee cost relying on idiots with money to burn to make the snooker/pool room in their mansion better....
All I can recommend is asking in person in any acrade ors place near you that has lots of machines. As you probably know most machines these days are never owned by the arcades and casinos but just leased from gaming rental companies. But I still think some arcades own some of the cheaper machines that have been on site a good few years, chances are they have ones out the back you could do a deal on. If you don't live near any you could yell.com any that are reasonable distance and then ring them?.
