wierd scroll pad my nice has uust bought a laptop and is trying to get nto grips with the vscroll pad as opposed to a plug in mouse but it plays up at times it bsticks in a narrowo field on thev scren and behaves eratically butwhen its on her lap or pl

my nice has just bought a laptop and is trying to get to grips with the scroll pad as opposed to a plug in mouse but it plays up at times, it sticks in a narrow field on the screen and behaves erratically when its on her lap or placed on an armchair but as soon as you lift it up with one hand and use the scoll pad it works ok,(nothing to do with overheating because of fan blockage it does this from cold too)
looking at the google forums on this is seems scroll pads are not up to much
