Can I delete these DAT files?

I was searching for large files on my C drive and I found 3 DAT files. They are called dbCache, dbCache1 and dbCache2. and I think they are something to do with Firefox and Google Earth. Also any information on what they are would be appreciated. Can I delete them safely or should I just leave them? 2 of them are 130MB and the other is 80MB.

before you delete them, try move them to another location on your computer just to see if your computer still works as you want it too, then if it does delete them, if it don't then move them back to where you found them again! at least then you aint damaged anything.I guess if a program needs them it will tell you theres files missing when you try run them as it wont seach in different places for the files just expect them to be it there proper place. Thats what I try if no one else leaves you a better anwser.
