Outlook Express Font Size
I have an eyesight problem and when using my E-Mail system- Outlook Express am having great difficullty in reading the Inbox main page and who from and what incoming mails are. I have set tue Font size for any maill sent to maximum font but this does not apply to the main page. Is there any way to enlarge the font on this page. Any help would be gratefully received

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I can't find any settings within Outlook Express that will directly help but you might find everything on your screen (including Outlook Express) easier to view if you drop your screen resolution down slightly. That effectively makes things bigger.
Right-click on your desktop. Click on the 'Settings' tab. Move the slider a bit to the left. Click 'Apply' and 'OK'.

Problem with changing the screen resolution to something other than the native resolution of your display (assuming that it's LCD) is that you will get fuzzy blocky text, (albeit larger) which doesn't help much if you have poor eyesight!
A much better idea is to change the DPI setting:
Right-click desktop
Select Properties
Go to the Settings tab
Click Advanced
Change the DPI Setting from 96 to 120 (or you can choose a custom setting)
Click OK
Click OK again
You may need to restart your computer.

HI, BJS, If you use Windows XP there is a magnifier under Start/ Programs/ Accessories and another free one can be found on this site , http://www.come.to/magnifier
