H.P Photosmart C5280 all in one.
A problem with the printer writing all in Red ink also my pics, can anyone advise please. I have auto cleaned the jets, New ink, Black + white, setting ok, what could be the problem?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.If the cartridge is fairly new and it is only printing in red then, as Naz says, the cyan and yellow inks must have blocked jets or have been used up.
Try standing the cartridge in a saucer of hot water (not boiling!!!) until the water cools down and then gently wipe the jet face with a paper tissue or small artist's brush. Repeat if necessary.
Dabbing the jet face onto a damp tissue will tell you when all three colours are flowing OK.
If only one colour is missing then print half a page of coloured capital letters to try and clear it as this uses less ink than the machines auto cleaner. Repeat this as necessary.
Incidentally, printing a small coloured picture or a few lines of coloured text once a fortnight will invariably stop the cartridge drying out in the first place.
