Mira Sport Max 10.8 kw

Hiya everyone... We have a Mira Sport Max 10.8kw shower.. hubby was in it, and the water suddenly cut off, the unit itself still stayed lit up... he switched it off..and tried to start it again.. at first the lights on the unit come on then go dull, and there's still no water coming through!... I didn't laugh at him stood there covered head to toe in bubbles.. ;) We have a normal water flow to everything else in the house..Anyone got any idea's what the problem could be?

I'd say that was an element failure. I think with those symptoms it could also be an electronic board failure.
Needs to be stripped to find out.

Ta AlBags... Thought that might be the case.. better get a man round to have a look at it.. the shower I mean! lol
