Fill colours in Excel & Powerpoint

Does anyone know if it's possible to mix your own colours & then save them for future use? I know they appear under recent colours but they disappear when you close the application. TIA for any advice

I usually write the RGB ratio down if I need to remember it,but if you open the same document with the custom colours you can still see what you used
