needing help--xp drivers

hi folks--i need help getting video drivers for acer aspire 5100 laptop running xp--i have found sites but they always want u to d/load a scan prog then tell you that x no. of drivers need updated and charge to register u--i know what i need--anty links to a simple free d/load of the driver would be appreciated--cheers--arthur

It's such a disjointed bitzer of a question to read, I missed the very obvious 'video' word.

That will be a driver for the original installation .. there maybe a latest version available.
Read upgrade instructions carefully. It's often best to uninstall old graphics drivers and rebooting before installing later versions.
