Windows media player. Albums splitting in two.

Just trying to organise all my music on my laptop and noticed some albums ( on WMP )have split into two. The tracks are in the same folder in my music folder. Any clever people know why the splitting happens.

p.s.
I know you can drag the two halves of the split album together but when i di this i lose my album art! :(
