What does it mean and how can I stop it?

I had the same problem...

The scans didn't suggest any problems & I finally switched from IE to Chrome which seemed to solve it.

That said, I've just tried IE and I'm not getting the message any more.
Granny, this is something we are all getting who are on IE9 - it's a pain in the butt, ignore it and it goes away.
Same thing with me granny grump !
It's a safety issue built into IE9 as far as I can make out. No way of stopping it as far as I can see.

Thank you - I think that I will just ignore it
Is.there a box withy reference to warning messages/scripting you can check/uncheck in Tools/Internet Options/Advanced settings?
seriously, upgrade to google chrome, I have some years ago. it's fast, compact(you will reclaim valuable inches from the top of your screen as chrome has not got any unnecessary tabs that take 1/4 of the screen.) and importing favourites from your old browser can be done on the first use.

em I right Chrome users?
