I'm TRYING to delete some of my old folders, and a b****y Everest Double Glazing advert keeps apprearing and covers the bit which asks me is I'm sure I want to delete I can't get rid of it and I can't delete my folders.....please help before I go insane. ps please note I'm not at all technically minded, so go easy with the technical language :-)))

It sounds like there's some 'adware' on your computer.

Download the free version of Malwarebyte's AnitMalware:
http://www.malwarebyt...ts/malwarebytes_free.
Install it and run it. That will probably fix your problem.

Hi Chris. I had a look at the link and it says page not found....and underneath that "oops page not found, please use the menu above to navigate". I had a look and it's VERY confusing - there's so much technical looking info I didn't know what I was looking for ; I thought I'd found the free download but I'm so frightened of doing the wrong thing, I think I'll leave it until I can get somebody to look at it for me. It only happens when I'm on my e-mail page. Thank you.

Chris put a full stop at the end of his link which AB very kindly included in the link, that's why you get the page not found error.
