I have a university email account that is going to close soon as I have finished uni now. The thing is I would quite like to keep a lot of the existing emails. Is there a quick way to forward my whole inbox to another email address or will I have to do each one separately? my uni email account is with microsoft web access.
On checking one of my business Email addresses via Microsoft Web Access I found that I could not do a bulk forward of a folder, therefore it would seem that you will have to forward each Email individually to your other address.
I think you're right about that, but maybe someone will know differently. I think there could be a way by importing from one email address to another but never done that myself but you could see if that's possible from your new email address.
go to mail.com, then create a new mail account, part of their email client is mail collector, which will get all your email from your uni account, direct to your other mail account. Ta-da!
nibble:not sure if youll ever get to read this now as its been a while but im having problems linking my email. it keeps saying theres a problem with the username/password. im definitely typing in the right things so is it possible theres not a secure ssl connection (whatever that is!)? ive been able to link the uni account to my iphone to send and receive messages, not sure if thats important or not?
hc4361; i looked at your suggestion and looks like you have to pay £18, not sure i love my old uni emails quite that much!
