Extra protection for email address
7 Answers
Sometime ago on this site I read a suggestion that by adding a address consisting of a number of A's, (I think this was upper and lower case) to my email address book, this would give extra protection against hacking. Does this sound feasable?
I have just been hacked, and would welcome any suggestions to help me avoid this happening again

Making your password more secure by using a combination of uppercase letters and lowercase and numbers and special characters will make you safer.
most secure passwords would be a random set of the above, such as Dyz#1FpQ9$ (the longer the better) but this is obviously hard to remember.
The next best bet is two totally unconnected words also using a combination of upper and lower case such as BaNanatoilEt (you can make it even more secure by adding a special character or two, such as BaNana$toilEt%)
