Can anyone help please?
I have a problem trying to see my emails. every time I try I get a pop up saying "there is a problem with my server and it does not recognise user name or password" I have tried retyping several times but to no avail. is it something silly I have done wrong or is there anything else . I have never changed anything so I can't understand whats happened.
In the past, this fault has cleared without action on my part, but it never lasted as long as 24 hours. Virgin doesn't report any email problems https://national.virg...-announcements/status Can you call them or log on "My Virgn Media" to check for faults.
I occasionally have this problem with Tiscali, more often recently, although it's usually OK the next day. You can check that your user id and password are correct by logging on to your mail account using web mail, which would indicate that the fault is with the Tiscali mail server.
