Would someone who has a BT Yahoo home page please take time out to tell me -step by step -how to make this simple move, it surely cant be this difficult

just left click on the E mail and drag it to the folder you want to put it in.
Have you created the folder OK? If so click and drag?
Hi, I'm no good with stuff like this either, and it dosn't help when BT Yahoo sudenly and without warning change their page layout just when we've learned the old one. On the line above the e-mails next to SPAM there's what lookslike a rubbish bin - That's actually the bit where you can select your folder, You HAVE to tick the little box next to the e-mail itself first. Not a brilliant explantion but I hope it's of some help. Good luck.
