I am trying, without success, to deactivate my Facebook account. When I enter my correct password, a notice comes up "password incorrect". There seems no other way to contact Facebook ... does anyone have a solution?
I will be out for rest of day but will check back in the evening. Thanks.

It should allow you to change your password so just change it and then deactivate it

If you can log in normally then you have to de-friend everyone on your friends list.
