Download as csv file into Excel

I'm trying to download a bill from Vodaphone into Excel (I assume as .csv file) to allow manipulation, resorting etc. I've been onto the Vodaphone eForum, and whilst I can find the question, I can't find the answer. I'm looking to download the whole bill in one go, not as 15 or 20 separate pages!Can anyone help?

Simple, 12 months of bills will be held in MyVodafone. Register and/or login to My Vodafone then click on View My Bill and you simply select the month in question and can download via PDF or CSV file.

Seems to be you can only download a month at a time, so you'll have to download multiple .csv files (sorry).

Ta - stupidly I expected the button selections to be on the toolbar, not in the body of the page!! Idiot!!
