Can anyone please help? I seem to be unable to watch some of the videos on youtube. A box comes up saying "Your browser does not currently recognise any of the video formats available." What can I do to change this? Thanks in advance for any helpful replies!

I don't fully understand what I've just been reading after a bit of Googling, but it seems that Youtube's use of HTML5 might have something to do with it. However it seems that the most recent versions of Firefox should be able to handle it OK.

Go to Help > About Firefox and check which version you're using. If it's not 10.0.2, trying updating.
