I would just like to know where I can buy some garden canes for the garden. I understand that they come in either 6 or 8 foot lengths and they can be used year after year. How much would they cost and where can I get them from?

I live in the West Midlands/Shropshire area by the way. Thanks for your ever speedy and helpful answers, folks.

B&Q- Homebase - grow your own.... (not joking, we have a stand of bamboo in the garden and we just cut them and dry them off for the following year)
Shame we aren't closer - I've got bundles of whippy poles cut from the maple tree last year, all dried out - I'll be burning them soon to make space, but you could have your pick.
Homebase are good cost 10 for around £1 .50p they last for years if you want them for runner beans smaller size are better, do you have a Q D
store they have some good value ones.
Wilkinsons do them and also B&M bargins sell them, most garden centers will have them in. They won't be hard to find at this time of year, all the shops are cashing in on the gardening trade at this time of year!
