error message when trying to open email

Hi, whenever i receive email from one certain website,it always comes up blank and says error has occurred, may be corrupt... any ideas why this may be and can this be fixed

sounds as if it's a dodgy website - I'd avoid it rather than trying to fix it.

I had this same error on one of my regular gardening company website emails yesterday. Think they must have an error their end.

lol, probably is dodgy, website is Ryanair ,and need to sort out booking ref, for tickets,
