virgin broadband
Is anyone having problems with their Virgin broadband at this minute,Also cannot watch any recorded shows on my Tivo box.They say network issue but my internet was working then,It was a bit later then found I had my internet problem.

Was forever on the phone listening to recorded messages how they were fixing problems in this and that postcode area. Gave up and now with Bt. Never any problem and advantage of all the wifi hotspots.
moved house 29th march brought v+ box with me.Engineer installed new wireless hub and wired up spare room for v box.Nightmare ever since.Broadband out for days at a time,Spurious messages appearing at start up informing me Virgin security will reinstall at next reboot,Does not.Tech staff given remote access to computer only inform me its slow.cannot get rid of messages.REfunded £7 for broadband failure.TV box Occassionally not responding for hours at a time Booked tech visits but cancelled when box came back from the dead.Have said nice things about V in the past but am now seriously considering my options.good luck
I shall be on the phone first thing in the morning and God help the person who answers it...know it is not directly their fault,but am so angry!!!
Question is,,,will they understand me,,I know I will have great trouble understanding THEM!!!
Another thing that annoys me..all these fantastic offers they put out...but..oh..only for NEW customers!!!I have told them about this when I have rang up about the offers,,said how unfair,I have been with them for ever,yet never get any "rewards"....
I fear they shall be losing my custom at this rate.

I am STILL up...just taking a look at T-Mobile as I will be needing a Euro Broadband Booster for when I go away.
