Transferring purchases from iphone to itunes

I have searched through the internet looking for an answer and none of them seem to help!
Basically each time I try to transfer my purchases from my Iphone to Itunes it sticks at 'Waiting for changes to be applied' this is the same when I try to sync it. I don't actually have any music on my Iphone I just want to transfer my apps onto Itunes as I have paid for alot of them.
The problem has only came about since I got a new computer and tried to transfer my purchases to it, I have authorised the new one to my Itunes account and deauthorised my old one.

your apps are already in itunes, if you bought them,

in itunes, go to apps and in bottom of screen you will see a button called Purchased, thats a list of all you have bought, even if you have deleted in past, you can juts redownload from there (free)

doesnt fix the issue you have with them not syncing, but dont worry about loosing stuff.

email apple support or better still go to an apple store and they will resolve that too. support from apple is generally very good.
