hi I just rang BMI on 08442450055. dont press button 1, this is just to give you details, let it go on to 3 and you will speak to an operator.... I spoke to someone today.... I complained, but it didnt matter. BMI Baby are making it very difficult to get in touch with their Customer Service, you have to write to them.
