Is Firefox Beta 13 different to Firefox13.?

I have continued to operate on FF11 because of difficulties that were being experienced by ABers with FF12.

It appears to be that FF13 is being launched in a few weeks time but today I have downloaded and installed FF13b4 from the following site.:-

I am operating on Windows Vista 32bit and, providing this posting doesn't meet with any problem, I am able to report that all is well and no problems prevail with AB.

I am on FF11 as well. I think I will just wait for FF13 proper.
