Was typing an answe to jno when the screen went upside down, so difficult to do things backwards to google how to straighten it, but I have managed.

Re: that dining experience, I could never in a million years or for a million£, sit on a chair on a platform like that, even for a free meal.

No it wasn't a Singer Neti it was their own brand ,Silvercrest .They had the Singer one on offer here a couple of weeks ago .I did think about getting it but in spite of my good intentions sewing isn't really my thing.

Just been for a mexican meal, we just didn't know what we fancied so wandered around Ibiza and surrounding areas and then it took our fancy, I love hard shell tacos, ate 3, and nachos and stuffed jalapino peppere, washed down with a Coronita beer. Very enjoyable. Just had a swim and now lazing on the bed.

We saw a water park for children in the seam it had inflatable rock climbing, trampolines, everything, we were amazed, all the kids wear wearing life jackets obviously, seemed a good idea.

Yes Robi hope you are OK.

Looks fab Neti .I would love that and would love it even more if I was young and fit again.
I don't think it would catch on here in the cold North Sea though ,it's clouded up now and turned chilly .

That looks great Neti. Great for youngsters and oldies if you like water that much. I can swim but not 'enthusiastically' if you know what I mean.

I am terrified of deep water so couldn't use it, I can swim but do not like it (our pool is not deep) even in the shower I have to stand backwards to rinse my hair can't stand the water on my face, just can't breathe! When swimming on the beach I have to go along not out so am not out of my depth.

That does look like fun. I have never been able to swim, i am one of those weird people who doesn't naturally float.

I have filled seven more tubs today, four with shrubs, and three are my veg garden now sown with winter radishes of two kinds, two kinds of runner beans to overwinter, peas for the shoots for salads and stir fries and cucamelons which might crop if we get an indian summer.

All tucked up in my own bed tonight. Steady has his girlfriend for company for a few days now. He seems to be getting better. It was a bit hit and miss because he'd had this mini op before and things happened a bit differently this time than last which unnerved him a bit.

Oight oight all have a good Bank Holiday. I'm defrosting me freezer and shopping to fill it up again tomorrow.

I love swimming and I'll blow me own trumpet and say I'm a good swimmer I can honestly say I can't remember not being able to swim .
I used to swim regularly when we lived in London.There's a lovely pool in Morden Park or we used to go to Wimbledon Baths. Since we've been back here I've hardly been for a dip although I did go with my bro to one over the border a few times when he had his bad knee .I wouldn't dip a toe in the one in GY,it's filthy, and the lovely open air pool here is long gone while the smaller one is exclusively for the schools and swimming clubs . These days though I would probably be doing a belly flop and widths instead of lengths ..lol.

Too chilly here for any outside pottering but I waved the East Coast Truckers out and waved them back this evening as they come along our road .Everyone comes out to wave .They take disadvantaged and special needs children to Pleasurewood Hills theme park for the day .
