A'noon....very dull, not a hint of a breeze, but mild. It was very warm earlier while the sun was shining.
I could have done with one of those earlier, I came over a bit dizzy at the shops, but I soldiered on and grabbed what I needed.

Hi there.All sorted today ready to listen to the Rams beating Bolton hopefully.
Jno I have some walking sticks which my walking friend says are good for keeping your stance ok! Better than just one she says. I think she tells me that because I'm old. I find them great for climbing slopes. Apparently it's better when walking up a hill to go at a steady pace all the way and not go so you get out of breath and have to stop.
I do like your gadget though Jno. I'd need a bigger sack to carry one of them as well. I hope your walk goes well.
I'm well into Dr. Who. I thought it was for children but I think it's a bit too scary for them sometimes.
I'm going to give Strictly a go tonight. I didn't watch last night. I was watching Lewis in bed and fell asleep so I still don't know who did it!

Hello biddies - got up late, did shopping in Ibiza town, ate brekkie, came home, unpacked, met gbf for 2 coffees, came home swam, sunbathed, swam again, ate lunch which Mr N prepared, did a crossword, now in bedroom cos he's watching the Ryder cup. Sun is shining as you have probably gathered, although we are on an alert for a big storm again tomorrow.
