Mobile Internet dongle....

I bought one for a friend who wants pay as you go ...
connected no problem ..but can't log on to any of his data or sites .
Any answers welcome ...

What is the dongles network ?

I use a Three network dongle, when I am in my caravan in West Cornwall and it works very well. But when I first had it, I couldn't connect to anything, despite it saying that I had plenty of credit and was connected.

I called the help line and a very helpful Indian chap put me right, straight away.

The point is that if the dongle says that it is in a good reception area, then a call to the help line should produce the goods.

Ditto Mike4444, I use 3 dongle in my caravan in Dinas Dinlle. had same prob, and solution. works ok now. dont know what I would do without it.

The dongle is o2 and the reception is very good .Thanks your help I will get him to call the helpline .
