I am really struggling to download Flash player or reader 11. Just get "Adobe bootstrapper for single installation has encountered problems etc. Any ideas? Am on Windows XP. John

Have you tried through here...

http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/otherversions/

You might find that you'll have to use an older version of adobe than reader 11 though..

And for Flash player try here...

Thanks Nibble. I couldn't get anywhere so I did an F10 (factory setting). Worked a treat, no problem downloading at all! Thanks again, John.
